This course aims to provide entry level graduate students with basic knowledge and training in the field of semiconductor devices that are mostly used in integrated circuits. The course content covers basic semiconductor physics, PN junctions, bipolar junction transistors, metal-oxide- semiconductor field effect transistors, and some advanced devices. The students will learn physics, design principles, and circuit models of these devices.
● 課程說明(Course Description) This course aims to provide entry level graduate students with basic knowledge and training in the field of semiconductor devices that are mostly used in integrated circuits. The course content covers basic semiconductor physics, PN junctions, Bipolar Junction Transistors, and metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field Effect Transistors, and some advanced devices.
